MakeOver – Call for participants

If you are representing youth organization at crossroads, looking for support and guide how to improve and upgrade its work this is the right opportunity for you. Within the MakeOver project we will guide you through the processes of internal and external makeover for your organization. Together we will remake, recreate and rebuild the dream of your team.

Within this project you can expect to get support for achieving your full potential and becoming sustainable and goal-oriented organization. We would achieve this by giving you expert support for Internal and External Makeover process that will help you make change you wish to make. There are going to be two trainings held within this project: The first one for internal and the other one for external makeover. We expect all organizations involved to be able to have participants that can attend both trainings.

First training will be held in Vršac, Serbia, from February 16 to 23, 2019 and it will deal with the Internal makeover. Within this training participants will learn more about strategic planning, organisational management, basic project management and knowledge transfer.

Second training, dedicated to the External makeover, will be held in Thessaloniki, Greece, in June 2019. Within this activity participants will get a chance to acquire new knowledge about the creation and implementation of communication strategies and will learn how to better involve their target groups, do crowdfunding and do advocacy through social media.
